55 minutes sole use
Each appointment is 55 minutes. You need to leave the field by the end of the 55 minutes so there is a clear 5 minute gap before the next customer arrives. This is so customers are not in the farm together, thus not upsetting any reactive dogs or distracting other peoples dogs while they are in the paddock.
Your first visit needs to be an induction appointment which generates extra information for finding us easily, how to get in and where to park etc.
