Can I cancel or change my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment, however we do not offer refunds.

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance by using the CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT link in your booking confirmation email.

Can I cancel if it’s raining?

No, the field remains open in all weather and we do not offer cancellations due to rain or bad weather. Your booking reserves the slot exclusively for you.

If needed, you can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Please check the weather beforehand and adjust your booking if required.

Is there water on site?

Yes, there is a tap and bowl available in the field. A paddling pool is also provided during warm weather.

Are XL Bullies allowed?

Yes, XL Bullies are allowed provided they are from the same household.

We are not insured for XL Bullies from multiple households, therefore shared bookings involving XL Bullies are not permitted.

Can I arrive early?

If you arrive early, please wait outside the main gate and do not remove your dogs from your vehicle until the previous users have left.

What if someone is still in the field when I arrive?

Please wait outside the gate until they leave. Do not approach or distract their dogs.

If they remain beyond your start time, please contact us.

Do I need to close the gate?

Yes, the gates must be kept closed at all times.

This is essential for the safety of your dogs and to prevent unauthorised access.

Can I bring friends or extra dogs?

Yes, but you must stay within the limit of 1 vehicle and 4 dogs per adult. You can add a second vehicle or more dogs for an additional fee.

You are fully responsible for all people and dogs attending under your booking.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your session will still end at the original time. This ensures all customers receive their full booking and avoids congestion.

Can I let my dog off lead before entering?

No, dogs must remain in your vehicle until you are safely inside the paddock with the gate closed.

What if my dog digs?

Please fill in any holes before leaving to prevent injury to others.

What if my dog is unwell?

Dogs showing signs of illness, including kennel cough, sickness or diarrhoea, must not attend.

Is the field completely secure?

The field is enclosed with 6ft fencing and checked regularly. However, if your dog can jump high fences, it may not be fully secure.
