Can I cancel my appointment if it's raining? 

No- our field remains open in all weather, and unfortunately we don’t accept cancellations due to rain or bad weather. Since the booking was reserved for you, it prevented others from taking the slot.

You are, however, welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, so if you or your dogs do not like bad weather,  it’s best to check ahead of time and move your booking before that cut-off. Many dogs & owners do enjoy a run even in wet weather.
 

Is there water on site?

Yes- There is a tap and bowl in the field and a paddling pool for use in warm weather.
 

Can I cancel my appointment? 

You can cancel your appointment, but we do not offer refunds for cancellations.  You can re-schedule your appointment, up to 24 hours in advance, by clicking on the CHANGE/CANCEL APPOINTMENT link on your Booking Confirmation email which is sent at the time of booking.
 

Are XL Bullies allowed? 

Yes, XL Bullies are allowed as long as they are from one household.  We are not insured for XL Bullies if they are from more than one household, so sharing appointments with them is not allowed.
